Lark Guitars Difference: Lark Guitars takes great pride in making sure your shipment will arrive timely, correctly and as hassle free as possible. With the massive shift to more remote ordering of guitars and instruments, this process can be exasperating at times. It is our goal to minimize any of this feelings making your transaction from purchase to playing as joyful as possible.

Fast Shipping: Most orders ship the same or next day. Orders processed after 3:00pm Saturday through Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Every guitar and amplifier receives a detailed inspection and basic setup (if needed) and undergoes a very detailed packing procedures to protect the integrity of your purchase.

DHL Worldwide express is our first choice when shipping international for timely delivery, care and handling. All shipping rates are for transportation charges only, they do not include VAT, Import Taxes (Customs Fees) or brokerage fees. These vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchasing party.

Carrier Expectations/Limitations

USPS currently has suspended their shrive guarantee for Priority Mail 2/3 day as well as First-Class Mail. Packages can potentially be in transit an extra 4-7 business days with infrequent or totally absent scans.

UPS has also suspended their service guarantee until further notice. This applies to all shipments coming from any origin to any destination. Delays are normally posted in the tracking details for each shipment as soon as they can be determined.
